VOLUNTEER IN OUR SHOP!

Our shop would not be able to operate without the valued assistance of our volunteers. With their help, we are able to raise vital funds for Leeds Women’s Aid through the sale of donated goods.

The role of a shop volunteer is fun, social and varied with no previous experience required. It is also a great way to expand your CV and develop core skills.

Everyday tasks can include

  • Serving customers on the till
  • Hanging and steaming stock
  • Putting stock out on the shop floor
  • Sorting donations

All we ask is that you are over the age of 14 and able to commit yourself to a set shift a week. We are happy to work around your availability so whether you have two hours spare a week or two afternoons we would like to hear from you.

We are also looking to fill the position of eBay volunteer. For this role we require you to be computer literate and, preferably, have previous experience of listing goods on eBay.

Please get in touch with Harriet our Shop Manager on 0113 2584111 or email Harriet@leedswomensaid.org.uk for more information and to receive an application pack.
